ALL FURNITURE INVOICES HAVE TO BE FULLY PAID FOR PRIOR TO DELIVERY.

50% deposit is required upon order placement and confirmation of delivery costs. Payment can be made via EFT / Direct deposit only.

PLEASE NOTE: A delay in delivery will occur if this payment is not received promptly.

Cancellation

In the event that an order is cancelled and where production of the goods has commenced at the time of cancellation, a cancellation/re-stocking fee may be charged. It may also result in the loss of any deposits paid.

Lead-Times

Lead-times stated are subject to the availability of materials and components from outside suppliers. Creative Furnitue Designs Pty Ltd will not be liable for any claim arising from failure to deliver or for delay in delivery occasioned by unavailability of materials, strikes, accidents or any cause or event beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, the following manufacturer’s warranties apply to all creativefurniture.com.au products:

– One (1) years on all seating products.

– One (1) years on all table base products.,

– One (1) year for all veneer or laminate products.

Should the goods prove to be defective within this period Creative Furniture Designs Pty Ltd will, at its discretion and provided that the damage is not due to the use or misuse of the goods or from fair wear and tear, replace or repair defective goods free of charge.

The goods must be returned to Creative Furniture Designs office or representative, otherwise a pickup/delivery fee may apply. Proof of purchase must also be provided.

Freight and handling charges are non refundable on warranty claims

Finishes

On receipt of your order, Creative Furniture Designs Pty Ltd will require final details of finishes required. We stress that without this information your order may not be processed, effecting final lead-time.

Variations in fabric die lots, timber grain, shade and/or colour of goods supplied, particularly where surfaces are veneered with natural timbers, shall not be regarded as a fault and no claims will be entertained in respect of it.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery costs are not included in the quoted prices.

Where furniture is delivered UNASSEMBLED , we take NO responsibility for any damage occurring during any process of the assembly on your premises.

Where items are offered with delivery, prices are based on delivery to ground floor metro area only.

Delivery to multi-storey locations may incur additional cost.

The placement of goods and/or de-bagging of chairs is not included and is available upon request at additional cost.

Site must be clear and free from obstruction and unrestricted lift facilities, if required, must be available at no charge.

Availability

Creative Furniture will not be liable for any claim arising from failure to deliver or for delay in delivery or increased delivery costs occasioned by unavailability of materials, strikes, accidents , company liquidation , access to buildings and elevators , steps or loading docks or any other increased cost or delay caused by a 3 rd party subcontractor or event beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Ownership

The product remains the property of the seller until payment for goods has been received in full. If the Buyer fails to make payment (or part thereof ), the Seller shall be entitled to retake possession of the goods until payment is made or at its option resell the goods but without prejudice, to its other rights and remedies.

Should this purchase of products be made on behalf of a Buyer, it is understood that the Buyer has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions set out on this web page.

Claims

All Creative Furniture Designs products are carefully inspected before delivery. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during delivery or any items are missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery/installation taking place. Depending on the product, Creative Furniture Designs reserves the right to decide whether to repair, replace or make good any products delivered with visible damage at its descretion.

Samples

All samples requested will be invoiced 7 days after delivery unless they constitute part of your order or are returned in good saleable condition to us. It remains the responsibility of the client to pay all returning freight and repackaging costs to a destination designated by Creative Furniture Design.

The images used in this web site are for illustrative purposes only and may not always be identical to the actual product. Creative Furniture Designs and our manufacturers reserve the right to make product enhancements or improvements at any time in order to offer superior products.

Definitions

In these conditions:

  • “Agreement” means any written contract entered into for the provision of goods and/or services by the Seller to the Buyer;
  • “Terms” means these Terms and Conditions of Sale;
  • “Buyer” means a person, company, firm or corporation, jointly and severally if there is more than one, acquiring goods or services from the Seller;
  • “Seller” means Creative Furniture Designs Pty Ltd
  • “Goods” means goods supplied by the Seller to the Buyer;
  • “Services” means services supplied by the Seller to the Buyer;
